How To Cleanse Your Face For A Clean Skin

We wash our faces every day. It's simply a part of life, but are we doing our daily cleansing properly?

A lot of people are ruining their skin by using the wrong cleaning method. If you don't wash your face thoroughly, pores are blocked or residues are left to prevent skin cells from being decolorized. On the other hand, excessive cleansing causes redness and dryness of the skin. Then How should we cleanse our faces for clean skin?

Morning Cleansing

In the morning, you should wash away the sebum and sweat secreted overnight from your skin. Thus it is better to wash your face lightly.

  • Step 1. Use a mild, slightly acidic (Low pH) cleanser to make enough foam on your hands and gently rub your face all over.

  • Step 2. Roll it a few more times on your forehead, nose, and chin, and rinse it off

*If you have dry and cold skin in winter or have a severe skin type, washing your face in the morning will be fine only with water.

*If you've cleaned your face thoroughly last night, it's often enough to wash away the sebum and sweat with water.

Night Cleansing

Evening cleansing requires meticulous and hypoallergenic cleansing. If you have severe oily skin or multiple layers of base makeup with makeup base, primer, fixer, etc., double cleansing would be a good choice.

  • Step 1. Wipe your face clean for about a minute with cleansing tissue, cleansing oil or cleansing water.

  • Step 2. Finish with cleansing foam or mildly acidic foam. Keep in mind detail washing is the most important thing in cleansing

*If you are looking for a mild and exfoliate product, I recommend the glowiest Peekaboo AHA PHA Skin Perfecting Toner to you. It's an ultra-gentle, multi-tasking toner infused with AHA and PHA to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin with a simple swipe.

*One-step cleansing is sufficient for light makeup with just one layer of cushion, BB cream, etc. However, we recommend double-cleansing.

*If you have dry or sensitive skin, you should be careful not to excessively cleanse. It can worsen skin barrier damage and loss of moisture.

*Carefully examine and choose a cleanser with cleaning power and weak pH!
