Their product, Real Houttuynia Cordata Calming Moist Cream, helps moisturize, soothe and keep the water-oil balance of the skin. It also helps sensitive skin become nourished, moisturized and relaxed with mild, plant-derived ingredients. Moreover, the plant extracts help skin keep the water-oil balance, which determines sensitivity and whole condition of skin. Main ingredients of this moist cream are fructan, camellia flower extract, Houttuynia Cordata extract (16,000ppm), white rice flower extract, 8 kinds hyaluronic acid complex and super centella extract.
When I first opened the package, I was surprised because the content of the cream contained real leaves of Houttuynia Cordata. I wondered where the leaves would go if I applied the cream on my face. However, even though I applied the cream, there were no remains. Curious about how it works, I searched for the product information. Turns out, they used Petal & Leaf Softening Technology for this cream which makes the plant’s organization softened and diluted when it is rubbed. I already know that Houttuynia Cordata is good for troubled and sensitive skin, so for my sensitive and easily-irritated skin, I gave this cream a try. The cream is so mild that sensitive skin tends to get less stimulation and can be kept calm. Moreover, it has a herb-like, natural scent so it makes me feel calm as well. I expected a strong moisturizing ability for this cream at first, since my skin can be easily dried after cleansing. However, I recommend those with dry skin to use additional moisturizers (if needed) for increased hydration. Overall, I found this product satisfying and would choose to use this product again.
